OUCH!  That is!  Hell, 10yen a minute rising to 50-60 is a bit much but
with no ¨monthly fee at all, it works out *cheaper* here to use pre-paid. 
I'd only pay ¨100yen a minute for a call to the USA and i can get special
calling card stuff ¨for that.
