| subject: | SysSetObjectData() in REXX |
Is there anyway to _clear_ a field in an object's settings using
SysSetObjectData() in the RexxUtil package?
I've got an object on my desktop that I'd like to run occasionally from
a Rexx script. Normally the Parameters: field of this object is blank,
but I want to specify parameters when I run it from the script. So I
use
rc=SysSetObjectData("",
"PARAMETERS=parms;OPEN=DEFAULT")
to change the parameters and open an instance of the object. That part
works fine and dandy. But when I try to clear the Parameters: field,
nothing works. I can change the Parameters: to another value, I just
can't change it to be blank.
