Win32s up to version 1.25 works with OS/2 Warp 4. The problem with Win32s
version 1.30 is that it was altered to require a logical address range of
greater than 512MB, which OS/2 (for various reasons) cannot currently
provide.
Some people suspect that this change was deliberate on the part of Microsoft.
The old Microsoft adage back in the version 2.x and 3.x days was "DOS ain't
done until Lotus 1-2-3 won't run", and the fact that Win32s development was
halted at version 1.30 (precisely as soon as it stopped working on OS/2) is a
suspect coincidence that hints that a similar motto was perhaps influential
here.
