Last time I looked the primary problem was that livewire connects via 64k
ISDN and since livewire supports a number of permanent connections as well
as offering the AmiNet stuff it's pretty easy to deluge a link that 'small'
into being almost unusable.  To be honest, you may find that o/s mirrors
are likely to be more responsive depending on the main o/s link traffic
from here.
