Why is it that nobody has filed a lawsuit against the
US Government for infringement of their right to keep and 
bear arms? I am not a lawyer, nor am I very knowledgeable 
about how lawsuits work, but does someone have to violate the 
law before a case can be brought that could go to the Supreme
Court? I certainly would hope not, but I don't know. If anyone 
knows and could give me details I would appreciate it!!
