Hi Mike, I have a PC you may want to consider.  Here are the rough details.  
Cyrix 6X86 200MMX processor, mini-tower case with 250w power supply, 32MB 
RAM, 4X CD-ROM drive, 2.5GB hard drive, 2MB PCI video card, sound card, 
speakers, keyboard, mouse, 3.5" floppy drive.  $600 plus shipping.  Note that
