I don't know, but I seriously doubt it!  I think when NOW COMICS went under, 
The Green Hornet sunk with the ship!  
 
I think That Topps Comics would be a good choice to take over the Hornet, but 
look how slow they are with Zorro, and Lady Rawhide.
 
I think Dark Horse is most likely to obtain the rights to Green Hornet, 
especially after the movie is made (whenever they get around to it!).
 
On the other hand, regardless of who obtains the rights, I think that the 
Uncle to Nephew lineage that NOW COMICS establish will get discarded, and 
that would be the terrible side of it all.
