PS> Jethro Tull - A Passion Play ( no one in america understands this one
FS> Why do you say this? APP is my favorite Tull album.
The saddest thing I have ever seen in radio, in all my years, has
been the treatment that radio nobodies gave this excellent work. At
the time, as far as I was concerned, separated the men from the
boys, the girls from the women, and the honest dj's from the
nothing joe's that thought it was hip so say anything stupid.
It still is my favorite Tull album, and the proof that it did hurt
Ian Anderson, is that he has not done anything in the area of
conceptual work at all since. Minstrel in the Gallery, was almost
a repeat of what he had done before.... very good, mind you, but
since then, it has been all songs. Sad, because he is a fabulous
composer and musician.
