I only have one; it's with Loblaws. One thing I hate is that they
send me a customized email flyer offering 20% to 30% off on things I
just bought. I guess they think they can look generous without
actually giving me an real concessions.  But I play the system by
buying one of a thing I need, waiting for the weekly flyer to come
out and then going back and buying 6 or 12 more at the discounted
price.
