I don't think your problem is with a P4 processor; I've installed WSeB
on a P4 system. I got the same problem, but in my case, it was a
malfunctioning SCSI host adapter. (I had a tough enough time finding
the driver for an LSI 21320 host). Once I got that integrated into the
boot diskettes, it still had the problem. I changed the host adapter
for a new one (this one was new too, but that's another story), it
worked fine.

Another thing that led me to believe it was the host adapter (on my
computer) was that I'd try to do a low level format from the SCSI BIOS
utilities and it would run for 30 minutes or 3 minutes; it didn't
matter--then it would call a reboot, which it shouldn't do. It should
stop and show you that it was completed.

For what it's worth, that's my experience.

Craig.
