Hi Stan,
I *haven't* applied the FP4 - will check what my TCP/IP level is on that 
other partition and get back to you here later - back on eCS 1.0x 
presently with that same wpinet.dll now working from here.  hobbes seems 
to be pretty slow from here at this time - on FTP anyhow - it's usually 
pretty fast on the http interface. See the new "FTP-host" folder on the 
files-area in this context.
