Dunno where you got that impression from.

My set up is currently.

8  -  1571
9  -  1571
10 -  1570
11 -  1541
12 -  CMD HD
13 -  CMD HD
14 -  CMD Ramlink

And I *occasionally* use my REU running RAMDOS as drive 15.

I have been told that the maximum # of drives that can be supported is
8. Any more than that causes buss loading, however, George Page (USA)
has a "travelling drive show" with something like 30 different drives
online at the same time.
