Open the folder you likes to have it. The create dialog lists all open 
folders, select the one you likes as targt and press ok.

Yes. No.

To clean up the INIs follow these steps:
1. cd \ecs\system\ewps
2. xfix
    follwo the instructions given in the help file
3. download from HOBBES wptools32.zip
    unzip into \wptool
4. cd wptool and you may read any readme and *.txt to get
    informed about the tools you got.
5. checkini /C /T
    follow the instructions given on the screen
    all defaults are o.k.
6. repeat 5. until the desktop gets not rebooted
7. repeat 2.

Do this at least 2 times/year and always before you starts to install 
something and after you have done your configurations. It will help 
you to hold the INIs short and clean.
