Jon Guthrie le escribe a Rob Landley:

JG> programming. For that, you need ADVANCED OS/2 PROGRAMMING
JG> by Ray Duncan and PROGRAMMING THE OS/2 PRESENTATION MANAGER

I have looked for Duncan's book and it is not in print. No library or used
book store around here has it, either. MS says that it won't be reprinted.
(I'm afraid that this wasn't much of a shock to me. :) What book would be
of the same nature and similar quality? (Or is there a way to get it in
electric form?)
