-> Windows NT does NOT have a 32-bit FAT. It's still FAT16.
Windows NT 4.0 will support FAT (16bit) and NTFS.  NTFS allows for
security at the file level,  and partitions well over the 2gb FAT limit.
FWIW,  NT 3.5 still supports HPFS.
