Ahh -- I misread your statement and perceived the opposite of what you 
actually stated.  My fault.

I believe there are countries that currently exist that would be very 
trustworthy with nuclear weapons.  Iran (imho) is one we should NOT allow. 
While most of the European Union, NATO, *AND* it looks like the UN 
(including China and Russia) also agree now, what do we do?
