This project started when he couldn't find a replacement for the stock carb.
After he cleaned and reinstalled it you could hear it whistle air arouud the 
throttle shaft and was dumping gas, as evidenced by the large clouds of black 
smoke.  Do you know of anyone with the small 4 & manifold that wants to let 
it go at a reasonable price?
