According to the .INF file, BC.INF (type VIEW BC) the _beginthread and
_endthread commands are not supported in the C2.LIB file.  You have to
use the C2MT.LIB file.  That stands for C2 with multiple threads.  Try
using
TLINK -m -aa -Toe -LD:\BCOS2\LIB c02 qviewp.obj about.obj
olf.obj,qviewp.exe,qviewp.map, c2mt os2,qviewp.def
                                 ^^

Note the "mt" added here.  Oh, BTW, be sure this is all on one line.
