Previousl to PQPM used OS/2 FDISK, prior to that DR-DOS 5/6/7, and prior to that DMS - Disk Management Services - which had a neat feature which would allow you to have 16 partitions, and you could selectively hide them/make them password protected or Read-0nly. After taking Bill Gates' MBasic apart a quarter of a century ago, and seeing the absolutely lousy code in it [especially the math routines] - there was no way I'd use their FDISK! -- Regards, Mike Failed the exam for -------------------- MCSE - Minesweeper Consultant and Solitaire Expert -------------------- [ISP blocks *.exe attachments] [Please use zipped versions of above] Yahoo!
