not in public mail, no... some systems may offer it in private user-to-user 
mail, though... sbbs does... it is easy enough to do, though... if the file is 
local to the BBS, post a message with a pointer or link to it... otherwise, 
upload the file to a hosting service and provide a link to it in the message...
