It's tough to schedule these upgrades, especially in an international
company like yours.  And despite best of planning, things can and do go
wrong since Murphy works for everyone.

I will say I don't dread the Notes updates as much as some others, I
recently moved to new hardware with minimal pain.  They just don't get into
the registry bowels so much that all is lost when bad things happen.
