All the shop owners just seemed exceptionally grateful for the business. You know, it is possible (as we've seen) for several storms to inflict massive damage to major metropolitan areas and after all this time and money we still aren't prepared. It's not like hurricanes started with Katrina (although much noise is mostly political). It's just incredible no one can fix it.
