Very little controversy underfoot. Governor's and Lt.
Governor's races, the Attorney General's race, and most representative
districts are pretty much a lock. With incumbents showing 80% or more
support in the polls there is just noting to excite people to come out
to vote.
Over the past several decades the two major parties have done
such an excellent job of jerrymandering district lines to preserve the
support base of incumbents that contested elections are very rare.
