subject: Garbage Disposals

I am in need of some help with my garbabe disposal. It's nothing major or
anything like that. What would be a good way to keep it clean and smelling
fresh? I've never had a garbage disposal before in my life, and was never
around one, so I don't know what to use. I don't want to use the wrong thing
to clean it. It's not even a year old, and I don't want to wait until it
ets
bad before I start using something. I don't use it every day, but when I do
use it, I always make sure that I use plenty of cold running water. Seems
like I've heard that baking soda is good, but I'm not sure where I heard that
or even when. Is it good to use, and if so, how much do you use? Does
nyone
else out there have a garbage disposal in their sink and what do you use?
'd
really appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks.
Teresa
