Thanks! Yes, that would be it.

Well, lets see. I think the fastestroute (other than air) for me to Tokyo
is ¨about 12 hours but thats because we have to traverse lines in at least
2 places ¨from where I am. Thats a goodly 1,000 miles I think? I think
travel time ¨once I get off Kyushu is only 4 hours bullet train
(shinkansen).
We have a little vacation planned for 9-13JUL to Okinawa. We will take the
¨'Midori Express' from Sasebo to Fukuoka then fly to Naha Okinawa. The
Midori ¨is a 'shinkansen' (bullet) but of the smaller style without the
sleeper cars ¨but it's very nice for all of that. Much nicer than taking a
bus and due to ¨price offset for child tickets, about the same price. Call
it 30$ by bus to ¨get to 'Fuk' and 34$ by train? Smoking cars and lots of
leg room as well as a ¨bathroom and munchies/drink cart on the train. I
call that worth 4$ and if i ¨want, i can check our baggage at the Sasebo
train station clear through the ¨airport and just pick it up in Okinawa
(which i obviously cant do on a bus!).
