Maybe not, but many people will not buy a product that isn't used in they 
same way by the company that makes the product. (E.G. if Zyxel can 
demonstrate that they can support V.34 over an ISDN B-channel with their 2864 
to connect to a V.34 modem on a POTS line and take advantage of having no 
analogue connection at the ISDN end, other people will be interested ).
