Quick Basic doesn't either! I liked FirstBasic and was surprised to find
that it did compile the code into exe files. Now once I get it reinstalled
I'm going to register it. I'd do it now, but I need to reformat my drive,
for reasons unrelated to programming. It's got a better IDE layout than
Quick Basic and I can get PB3 for $99 when I have registered FirstBasic.
It's a better deal than sticking with QB and complaining. The stepup to
PB3 is a great incentive to register FirstBasic.
