RF exposure that they're talking about doesn't even compare to placing a
100 watt incandescent light bulb in your mouth and tuning the finals in a
RF linear amplifier by brightest light... 8^)

yeah...

Been there, done that. My sister, being of the younger generation, sat
on the floor in front of the ole B&W TV and watched her programs, 'up
close and personal'.

Wow! I haven't seen one of those in a coon's age.

8^)

I still get that noise, as this PC generates the same oscillator noise in
my present gear. My Police Scanner does too, but fortunately, it has a
'lock out' button to eliminate that frequency.

Tune it just right and you may have heard the audio from certain channels,
as the frequency used shares the 2mtr band, just below 144MHz.
EV> I don't have a cable service, but I could hear their RF Leak.
Yeup. I did too.
EV> Oh Yes, Computers have crystal oscillators too! IIRC the Commodore 64

Oh yes...
EV> Yes I AM A BIG LID. . . . . . . _ . _
I think that RF oscillator energy has cooked some of the fat away here...
