Have you applied the v2.0a patch? It seems that CA's developers LEFT
THE DEBUGGING CODE IN THE OS/2 VERSION, which is why it's so much slower
than the Windows version. The OS/2 patch fixes a few bugs, makes a few
minor additions, and removes the debugging code.
If you wish, I could post the text file which explains all the changes,
but it's a bit long (would require about 10 messages).
