Don't know. I recall that it was necessary to avoid mixing the "old"
OS2DASD.DMD from XR_M015 with OS2LVM.DMD. That is, when introducing LVM
to the system, be sure to update OS2DASD.DMD as well - then it turns
into a 32-bit version that is more friendly to LVM.

Just as if you were installing MCP1 from scratch (and LVM is the only
major difference between XR_M015 and MCP1). May need a full cycle
employing VCU.EXE and LVM.EXE to assign drive letters.

Anyway, I would start simply by adding "IFS=\OS2\UDF.IFS" to the
CONFIG.SYS, then see if LVM is still needed. On a CD-RW drive, I've
managed to get it working without LVM a couple of years ago.
