The UK, India, Pakistan, Israel, Nortk Korea for certain as well.

There are US nuclear devices deployed in every NATO-country and several other allies.

And as I pointed-out, the technology is not exactly a secret so every
country with a serious physics-programme can build nuclear bombs. Keeping
the process secret is one issue, if not for mere secrecy then it can be
because of infringements with international treaties and the consequences
of such infringements. Delevering such a weapon unnoticed on a target is
another issue. Getting the nuclear material is yet another issue.
