It also did not occur to Sisko to mention "by the way, our ship that
sank had 80 canisters of White on board, that we picked up at the supply
depot we destroyed."
Sure, O'Brien or somebody mentioned that the ship was in, what? 1,000
feet of water?  But as geneticly engineered as the Jem'Haddar are, maybe
they could dive the wreck where humans could not.
