I'm sorry Mr. Ritchey, I don't fully understand your question.

This BBS does support netmail, but not offline, so it's more convenient to 
do it through a BBS which does.

And does this mean that I'm not supposed to post to an echo unless I can 
only receive netmail replies back to the BBS where my originating post 
was sent from?
