Yes, but there aren't any Z1 pointlists; most are private or in nets. The
difference in zones is the politics, one insists that if you can't be
available during ZMH, then you don't deserve to be a Fidonet sysop, while
the other encourages points to be Fidonet sysops. ZMH in Z1 isn't strictly
enforced.
