I agree with you for the UICLUG - it's a nice book.
Moreover, there is no reason to complain since it *IS* included in the C
Set ++ package. You didn't get it because you bought the CD-ROM version of
C Set ++ which has less hardcopy documentation than the diskette version
(which I bought).

There's the Collection Class Library Reference, too. This one doesn't come
with either the diskette or CD-ROM version of C Set ++ - you have to buy it
separately in all cases (which I did).
It's available online too.
