The legality of databases containing private information, and already the
simple nodelist could be considered to be involved, is an element the
courts deal not lightly with here.
 
You are absolutely correct, but in Belgium it goes even way beyond. Failing
to prove one's point would find one at the receiving-end of a counter
law-suit for violation of privacy, one that Micro$oft would not like to
lose but probably would.

Actually, it's not even worth discussing as you surely realise. However I'd
surely be amused if one day they'd be standing on my doorstep...
