Hello SHANNON.

The law requires a contract in writing. No implied consent.

ST> Not necessary. I could "prove" to a court that he

Would do no good. The law *explicitly* states a written contract is
required. No exceptions, no implications, no assumed or proven advance
knowledge, a *written* contract. Period.
