Maybe this will help.

Find and open the folder on the desktop that has the actual LSS 
templates (do not open the LSS templates folder itself).  This is 
distinguished by the black text (as opposed to blue text of a shadow) 
and if you do the treesize it will have size.

Open also the Templates folder (may be where the other is and if so fine 
it is already open).  \

Open also through the drives object the directory where you installed 
lotus (mine is e:\lotusw4 for instance).

At this point you will have 2 or 3 folders open depending on if the LSS 
templates folder is in the Templates folder..

Now RMB on the on LSS templates folder.  Click create shadow.  Choose 
Templates from the list (just in case the list I am speaking of is under 
Opened).  Click create.  You should now have a shadow in the Templates 
folder.

Now right click on the Original LSS templates folder again.  This time 
click Move.  This time choose the lotus install directory (default 
lotusw4).  Click Move.

Now you should be done.
