The SSID on her machine's wifi connection was typed in.  It's in uppercase
(as on the corp PC) as in the router.

I hadn't thought about her "cheating" on the router and possibly
going to a younger, newer, more feature packed model with greater signal
strength and endurance.  (I sure hope I get the right answer. :-D )
