IIRC it depends on exactly which rootstock is used.

I would expect it to produce as much as a regular tree for the same
amount of tree.  I think all that is effected is the size of the tree,
not the size of the fruit, nor the rate of fruit production per foot
of branch.

I can't see how the size of the tree would affect the bugs going for it.
