I started up a bike squad last summer for the Brazoria Police 
Department.  There are only three officers involved.  We only
use the bikes for special functions like our summer festivals 
and parades.  We also participate as a team in the local century
rides.  No of us are certified as BPO's yet.  I've been receiving
literature on a 40 hour certification course that is put on in
Dallas but haven't been able to attend yet.  Maybe this year.
