If you're willing to do the paste-up, just set your page as a landscape 
document with a very wide (half a page plus the actual margin) margin.  If 
you mean a function that will turn sequential pages into signatures (four 
pages per printed page in the proper order), Word doesn't do that.  There's 
an unrelated program, ClikBook, that will work with Word files (as well as 
several other programs) to produce signatures.  ClikBook costs around $80.00, 
I think.
