You find a UUCP host, and address mail to there, with the message addressed 
to UUCP
and the first line of the message
TO: DESTINATION@MYHOST.COM

Your fidonet address would be
max.poddubny@p22.f946.n5020.z2.fidonet.org
the p is Point, the F is Node, the N is Net, the Z is Zone and the suffix is 
the fidonet domain name :)
Fairly easy to figure out.
