Mike Ruskai doth sayeth in a message unto All:
MR> A VIO window in the PM has lousy ANSI. So, is there
MR> something that will provide a correct pallette and support

MR> to give something to Markus Schmidt other than "stop using
MR> VIO", so he can get proper ANSI in ZOC. Anybody that can
MR> give me the name of an API?
There is no API in OS/2 that is going to give Markus the ability to have
blinking characters for ANSI emulation. The only way he is going to get it
is to write his own code that simulates blinking by using a timer and
altering the displayed colors himself (can you say slow?) You've got to
remember when you are working in PM you are not working with a standard
text mode screen, the video adaptor is in graphics mode.
See ya,
Craig
