Pointing was never very popular outside Zone 2. There once was a Z6
pointlist with less than 100 points, but it disappeared a couple of years
ago.

In Z1 they missed the incentive for users to upgrade to points because in
most parts local calls are "free", so there are not as many
points as in Z2. It seems anyway that no one bothered to organise a
pointlist. A couple of years ago Frank Vest appeared to be interested and I
sent him some of my software. But nothing came of it.

Z3, 4 and 5? I don't know.
