No, it's not! I installed Win95a on my system, with NTW 4.0 already 
installed, and it didn't touch anything at all.

This one, on the other hand, caused my NT setup to look like a bomb field 
afterwards. I don't know _what_ it did, but somehow it totally ruined my NTFS 
system partition, thus destroying NT.
