On my no-name SATA Raid card, it came with a JAVA management utility, 
not windows. I've only got one drive attached to it at present (this is 
only Raid-0 / Raid-1 capable) so I haven't needed to install the utility 
as yet.

If you're looking for Raid-5 or Raid-10 capabilities, an N-1 generation 
IBM ServeRAID card and SCSI drives may be one of the few options. This 
is rather expensive however.
