    And I thought I had problems....
    If I may suggest... I believe you can download a trial version of Norton 
and others from the internet at no cost.  They work on a time schedule and, 
if not registered within 30 days, they become inoperative...sludge...junk... 
but, in the meantime, they work like the registered version.  It's worth a 
try!
