Nope.  They are made from a pattern and you cut the crepe paper
in strips, then it's wrapped around with florists' tape.  These
strips are quite long and some of them have the one long edge
fringed for the insides, etc.  The pattern came out of one of my
Woman's Day mags...dated 1-7-97.  The stems are 12" chenille pipe
cleaner-type thingies, two for each flower.

This is just an intense case of the lazies mixed with "I'm tired!"
I've been trying to get things caught up a bit around here so we can

Yes, I read that.  My dad had had a 99% blockage which was fixed
by angioplasty.  It never grew back for which we were thankful.

They sound neat.  I can't keep my wren house hung up.  The eye bolt
keeps falling out!  It falls out of the tree a lot.  Think I'm gonna
put some wire around it and hang it up that way!    Either that 
or I may mount it on a post with a nice big board underneath it, to
keep other critters such as cats and squirrels out.
I put my bird feeder on a steel post covered with a piece of PVC
pipe.  It works fine and the cats can't climb it.  They slide down
like it was a greased ramp!  hehe
I don't have cats but the neighbors do.  Wish they'd keep them in
the house!
