The 127 error is "Proc not found" so basically it is just saying
that it could not find the proc. I don't know if this procedure is
case sensitive in regards to proc names, but you might want to try
that to find out. Use Lib.Exe to do a list of the .Lib file for
the .Dll and see how the name actually ended up being exported,
case wise.
